Cameron Diaz goes completely make-up free to promote her latest book, Longevity...
Usually for celebrities, going 'make-up free' means wearing a little less lipstick and no eye make-up. But it never means
being photographed without at least a touch of concealer under
the eyes. Which is why it's so refreshing that the 43 year-old
actress Cameron Diaz has taken to Instagram to post a completely make-up
free selfie - showing her under-eye circles, skin redness and
everything in-between.
"I feel like aging has gotten a bad rap," she wrote. "That’s why I wanted to write this book so that we could understand what aging really is. So that we can all empower ourselves in our own quests to live well, and for a long time."

The natural beauty's book covers
food, stress, and well-being tips to live a longer, happier life. And
she's not scared of ageing, instead embracing it as a natural process.
"If you understand how your body works then you can take action to help
keep it in the best possible condition so it can carry you through a
long and beautiful life," the caption for the Instagram post reads.
Diaz isn't the only celebrity who
has spoken recently about 'real-girl' beauty. Last Friday at her
concert in Glasglow, the songstress Adele opened up about her beard,
'Larry'. The 27 year-old stunned fans by revealing, “When I got pregnant
I had so much testosterone in me that I grew a beard. It’s not a joke. I
actually do have a beard - it's called Larry.”
Yes please to more of this real beauty and less of the ultra-perfect, unrealistic make-up all over social media. We're looking at you, Kardashians.
